Reborn: The Fetish Queen #1 by Nicole Camden
I’ve waited until all three titles are out to present my review, since these are novellas and work best when you have all 3 installments.
Lille is newly single and ready to move forward with a new life direction. Joining her BFF at a sex shop, The Fetish Box, Lille is taking control of her life and her choices, and learning to be a little more open in her sexuality. She’s decided to give singledom a chance, and isn’t really concerned about engagements, marriage or relationships.
Enter Max, a tattooed blonde hottie at the pub down the street: sparks instantly fly between these two. At first they are I hate you come closer sorts of sparks, until they realize the attraction – and then it is game on.
A bit weak in the plotting of characters and story trajectory: perhaps I’m spoiled but a title like “Fetish Queen” would lead me to believe that the sensual scenes would be different and unique with such a vast range of options. Mild bondage which was clumsily worked into Lilli’s set of self-discoveries, and I didn’t find the scenes particularly arousing.
Yet I keep coming back to the fact that this is, in effect, the first third of a complete story, and perhaps it will improve as the events progress. Interesting if not particularly satisfying read that is a decent introduction to a story that is craving more, which will hopefully arrive in the subsequent books.

About the Book:
Newly single and loving every minute, Lille—a.k.a. the Fetish Queen—is unleashed and ready to dominate in the first chapter of the sexy, enticing Fetish Queen series.
Blond, buxom, and bold, pin-up girl Lillehammer Marceaux can get any man she wants, but she leaves her fiancé to move to Florida and run a sex shop called The Fetish Box, owned by her best friend. She immediately clashes with Max Jobman, the rough-hewn tattooed Irishman who owns the local pub. Not a very trusting man, Max is convinced she’s a spoiled beauty who’ll stay just long enough to find a rich husband. He quickly learns that Lille isn’t interested in a husband; she’s focused on making the business a success—but that doesn’t stop her from thinking about what an excellent lover Max will make…
What neither Max nor Lille realizes is that her efforts to become the Fetish Queen, which include making a type of reality show, have caught the attention of a dangerous figure from Lille’s past. Will her troubled past come back and drag her down, or will the Fetish Queen get her way?
