Another great book in which Nalini Singh brings new aspects to the SnowDancer wolves! Please read on for my review to better understand my statement about
Play of Passion
Drew is a playful wolf and most of the den does not understand just how dangerous he can be. Indigo doesn’t take crap from anyone. She is also a dominant, when Drew’s dominance isn’t clear yet.
That causes a lot of problems. Seeing them finding their footing makes a very interesting read. Add in the mix the (now splintered) Psy Council having new plans for San Francisco, and we have a book with romance but a good portion of action too.
At this point, I would like to mention the overall plot. We see it moving and changing throughout the course of the series. While the basic romance plot in the books remains pretty much the same, the arc that hosts the action makes the future of the series unpredictable.
I hope you will read it (and the 8 previous books too!) and let me know what you think about this playful wolf who is hell bend in seducing his lieutenant.
“What was that?”
“Really excellent sex.”
“You were trying to sex me into submission.”
“Did it work?” A lazy grin as he turned to look at her. “I was just trying to be me.”

In his position as tracker for the SnowDancer pack, it's up to Drew Kincaid to rein in rogue changelings who have lost control of their animal halves- even if it means killing those who have gone too far. But nothing in his life has prepared him for the battle he must now wage to win the heart of a woman who makes his body ignite... and who threatens to enslave his wolf.
Lieutenant Indigo Riviere doesn't easily allow skin privileges, especially of the sensual kind- and the last person she expects to find herself craving is the most wickedly playful male in the den. Everything she knows tells her to pull back before the flames burn them both to ash... but she hasn't counted on Drew's will.
Now, two of SnowDancer's most stubborn wolves find themselves playing a hot, sexy game even as lethal danger stalks the very place they call home.
