Claiming Her Geeks (Perfect Strangers #31) by Eve Langlais

When you have a kick-ass alpha female who just happens to be funny and clever, and she demands a man…of course someone will comply!  Utterly dedicated to controlling every outcome Deena is wonderfully refreshing: while she has her moments, her offbeat sense of humor endears her to readers and requires respect from those who encounter her.

But she is no simple female: an overly aggressive male learns to his dismay that telling her to comply brings out her aggressive side, and he is left to lick his wounds, literally.  She’s a wonderful character with that HBIC thing happening, so everyone expects she needs an equally aggressive male as a match.

Simon is a geek, and wears his label proudly.  In fact he is the antithesis of many of the preening males, being quietly confident in his own skills.  So when Deena sniffs him out at a party, and is completely shocked at his dress, his manner and everything BUT his scent, she isn’t quite sure about what to do next.  Fortunately, the whole destined mate instinct kicks in, and Simon is more than up to the task: Deena is hooked.  But then she meets Frank, and his geek speaks to her instinct.  Being more of a take-charge sort of man in the bedroom, Deena is shocked again.

With some clever conversations and negotiations the three start to work out their relationship dynamic, and surprisingly enough, Deena is learning to relax and allow someone else to be in charge: even if it’s only in the bedroom.  Smoking hot sex with a touch of spanking and some minor restraint scenes just add to their dynamic and make this a triad that is funny and hot!

Deena's searched a long time for a man she can claim, but nobody has ever stirred her interest, until Simon and Frank. The moment she meets the nerdy friends, she wants to mark them as her own, but as alpha of her pack, she can't settle for a pair of geeks as her mates even if in the bedroom they make her submit.

At first Deena terrifies them, but as Simon and Frank get to know her, they realize that beneath the tough exterior is a woman who wants a man--or two--to take control. When it comes to fistfights, they might not have the strength to prevail, but in a battle of the mind, and heart, they've got the smarts it takes to emerge victorious... to her screaming pleasure.

Trust fate and two men, to show this she-wolf that with a little bit of bondage, teasing and pleasure, she can claim the geeks who draw her, because after all, even a bitch can't fight fate and her need for love.

About Eve Langlais

Hello, my name is Eve. I'm a stay at home mom who works as a webmistress/customer service rep and in between juggling my three kids, hubby, and housework, I write really raunchy stuff--usually with werewolves lol.

I was born in British Columbia, but being a military brat, I have lived a little bit everywhere--Quebec, New Brunswick, Labrador, Virginia (USA) and finally Ontario. My family and I currently live just outside Ottawa, our nation's capital.

I tend to have a lot of sexual tension in my tales because I think all torrid love affairs start with a tingle in our tummies. And when my characters do finally give in to the needs of their flesh? Well, let's just say, you shouldn't be reading my stuff at work. The door is wide open, explicit and hot. Really, really hot.

I love to write, and while I don't always know what my mind is going to come up with next, I can promise it will be fun, probably humorous and most of all romantic, because I love a HEA.
